What areas do you serve?
We're based in West Alexandria and work throughout Southwest Ohio, including Dayton, Eaton, Brookville, Springboro, Miamisburg, Centerville, Beavercreek and Hamilton. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.
Are estimates free?
Yes. After a walkthrough at your home, we send a clear written estimate to your phone or email as a PDF.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathroom remodels take 4–6 weeks from demo to final walkthrough, and you'll know the schedule before we start.
Who will be working in my home?
Nick is on every job. For plumbing and electrical, we do some of the work ourselves and bring in trusted trade partners when needed, and you'll always have one point of contact from start to finish.
How do you handle dust and mess?
We run an air scrubber on every job and clean up as we go, so your home stays livable while we work.
Are you insured? Is there a warranty?
Yes, Sterneberg Construction is fully insured, and our work comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Do you pull permits?
We handle permits when a project requires them.
How do payments work?
Most projects are paid in three parts: a 35% deposit before work begins, 35% at a set point during the project, and the remaining 30% on completion. Smaller jobs are 50% to start and 50% on completion.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. We do commercial remodels with the same quality and care we bring to every home.
